    Did you receive a piece that was damaged during shipment?  Most pieces can be easily fixed by reconnecting a chain or using super glue to glue stones back on.

    However, If an item is irreparable, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing simplyblessedjewels.com. Include your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged piece. A replacement for the damaged item will then be shipped you. If the same item is not available, then I will offer a replacement for another item of equal value. Please note that no replacements will be issued after the 3-day period has expired.
